# GLP

The majority of our yield will go to minting GMX's GLP.\
This GLP returns rewards which are claimed and sent to stakers as rewards for staking. 

This strategy is based on 3 different sentiments. 

First being that GMX is still in a growing phase. Second is that GMX has a proven track record of traders historically losing more than they are earning which in turn gives more fees to liquidity providers without draining the liquidity pool. And lastly seeing current market conditions GMX's treasury will be in a good place when the market has more upside.
